These very subtle eyeliner pens are designed to simply add color to the base of your upper & lower lashes & enhance your eye color.
They are often recommended for
men whose lashes are very light or sparse
in order to give more definition to the “windows of your soul”
The colors offered are meant to match your own natural hair color.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Apply in dots in between & above lashes to give definition - use blending brush at other end to soften and give a more natural effect. If you desire more definition; apply in a thin line above and below lashes.
